Annual Board Election Begins Today!
Even if it's your last year, please VOTE!
Special thanks to the folks who reached out and want to be a part of the 2021/22 HVLL Board of Directors. The election begins today and ends next Thursday, August 19, at 3 p.m. "Invitation to Vote" email messages will be sent out shortly via Election Buddy to the address of the PRIMARY HVLL account holder. Since there is only one vote allowed per family, only one message (with a unique ballot link) will be sent to each household. If you don’t receive the “Invitation to Vote” message in the next 30 minutes, please be sure to check your spam folder.
Please note: Once you access the ballot, you will see that there is unfortunately only one candidate running for each position – because that is all who stepped up to volunteer to be part of the Board. We wish more people had volunteered to make it a true "election", however are very thankful for those who did. Although there is only one person running per position, we still must have a minimum percentage of “votes” recorded in order to validate the election and be able to move forward with planning for the upcoming seasons.
Listed below are the positions in which you may vote. Except for the role of president, which is a two-year term, each position holds a one-year term. If you have any election-related questions, please contact Laurie Wheels at [email protected].
