2020/21 Board Elections

This group, chosen annually by our league families, works tirelessly throughout the year to make the baseball season fun for our players and their families. Besides fulfilling the duties of a specific board position, members also participate in a variety of league activities/events, including board meetings (twice per month), "Board Member on Duty" shifts during the season, Document Check Days, Player Tryouts, Field Maintenance Day, Opening Day, Tournament Preparation/Hosting and well, everything in between. Being on the Board of Directors is A LOT of work, but it is also a wonderful opportunity to help improve our league, and make it even better for our kids. Plus, you get a cool hat to wear!

Listed below are the positions that makeup the HVLL Board of Directors.  Except for the role of president which is a two-year term, each position holds a one-year term. ALL positions are open for the 2020/21 term. Please remember that there can be multiple candidates running for a position!

  11. VP Minor B - (can’t have a child in the division)

If you are interested, please email the members of the Nomination Committee (listed below), let them know that you would like to be included on the ballot and for which position(s) you are interested in running no later than July 25, 2020.  Also, we strongly encourage you to submit a short bio to help people learn more about you and to be included on the ballot. This includes current Board members who are interested in running for re-election.

Nomination Committee:
The 2020/21 Board of Directors Election will take place from July 31 - August 8, 2020.  An email will be sent to the primary contact listed within your account (1 vote per family) once the election is open with instructions on how to cast your ballot.
